The website and various social media platforms are managed by me, the artist. I'm in charge of taking orders, preparing and shipping packages, taking photos, editing images, etc. Additionally, I also need time to create my art. When purchasing through my website, the package will be shipped 7-15 days after purchase. You will receive an email from the website with tracking information.

Shipping
How long does the package take to arrive?
- By Correos de Costar Rica within Costa Rica: 1 to 3 days within the GAM, 3 to 5 days outside the GAM
- Correos de Costa Rica Internacional: 2-3 weeks to reach the destination country + time it takes for the local mail to deliver the package
- Other postal services take approximately 1 to 3 weeks, however the postal provider will notify you of the estimated arrival date when you make your purchase and receive your tracking.
How long does it take for the package to be deposited in the mail?
I usually send packages on Saturday. If your purchase was made on Friday, it will be sent on the following Saturday.
Can I go pick up my package or send an Uber?
My store is virtual, I do not have a physical space where you can pick up your package, nor are there other delivery methods, however there are some points in CR that sell my products, you can check the " points of sale " section.
I need my package for tomorrow or the day after, can it be solved?
The next day is difficult, however, many things can be resolved. If you contact me in advance, we can coordinate the type of shipping and delivery.

Tracking / Tracking number
Do the orders have tracking/tracking number/tracking guide?
ALL orders have a tracking number, which will arrive 24 to 48 hours before your package is delivered to the Post Office.
Where can I check the status of my package?
When your package is ready to be deposited in the mail, you will receive an email with the tracking number and the website to follow it.
(Please note that when you place the order it takes 1 to 2 weeks to drop off the package at the post office)
How long does the package take to arrive?
COSTA RICA: Once your package is delivered to the Post Office, delivery is estimated to take 1-5 days depending on the destination area. From this moment on, the package is your responsibility. The Post Office makes 3 visits to your address. If the package is not received during these visits, you must pick it up at the branch of origin with your ID and tracking number, or coordinate and pay for the shipping again. Very rarely, the barcode is not processed, which prevents the package from being tracked. This is all beyond my control, however, I will do what I can to help you.
Due to the nature of the products, it is important to take into account:
• Original artwork is not replaceable or refundable.
• Limited edition products may be replaceable or refundable depending on stock.
• Products can be refunded or replaced depending on available stock.
• Framed or large-format works are not sent.
If you receive your package in poor condition, you must take photos and send them to me by email (you must not open the package at any time)
To return or replace a product you must send it by mail, paying the corresponding amount.
I am not liable if the information provided for shipping is incorrect. It is the buyer's duty to provide the correct information (full name, phone number, email, exact address, postal code).
OTHER COUNTRIES: Once the mail arrives in your country, you must contact your local mail provider to obtain the estimated delivery date. Each country has its own rules and ways of working.
Why does the email guide give me an error?
You will receive an email with the tracking number for your package between 24 and 48 hours before your package is sent. It is normal for you to get an error when entering your tracking number on the email page immediately after receiving the email because it has not been processed by Correos.
I haven't received my tracking number and I made the purchase a few days ago, any news?
The product is usually shipped 1-2 weeks after the purchase is made. If you purchased a pre-order product, the product indicates the date from which shipments are made. If that time has passed, check your email (including the spam folder).
I think my package is lost, what do I do?
You must contact your mail provider. I have no control over how mail services operate.
Once the package is deposited at the post office, it is not my responsibility. Please remember that if you do not pick up your package in time, it may be destroyed or considered lost by your mail provider.
I didn't set the address correctly, is there a problem?
It is essential that you include the correct information to deliver your package. If any information is incorrect, I am not responsible. If you do not know the canton/district/postal code, you can check it on the post office website before making the purchase.
If you wish to change your address, please reply to the email with the order number that arrived in your inbox.

Can I take any of your images and modify them?
No.
Can I take any of your images and use it to get a tattoo with someone else?
NO! When purchasing one of my products through the website, social networks or any other means (be it an original art, print or any article) you are purchasing the product, not the image right. Partial or total reproduction for any type of purpose is prohibited without the consent of the artist. If the images are used without consent, legal action will be taken. LAW Nº 6683 Copyright and Related Rights Law.
Can I buy a sticker or print and make copies or generate another product?
No, that's stealing.
Products
Can I stick the stickers on the bottle?
All stickers are resistant to touch, light and water. Therefore they can be stuck on bottles, helmets, cars, computers, etc.
If I send you an image, can you make stickers?
No, I am not a supplier :)
Are a postcard and a mini print the same thing?
No, the postcard is printed on cardboard, which allows you to write on it, the mini print is printed on photo paper. Cardboard will deteriorate within 2-3 years, while photo paper can take up to 20 years to start to deteriorate.
The only thing similar is that they are the same size.

Cheap photo frames
The sizes I use don't always match the generic framing sizes, so if you want to use these, I recommend looking carefully or, failing that, cropping the print a bit (many artworks are designed so you can do this).
These frames are usually made with cheap materials that will damage the artwork over time. Glass isn't UV-resistant, and open spaces can harbor mold, moisture, or dust. However, it's an economical solution, and the most important thing for me here is that you can decorate your space. So, I'm sharing tips for using these "cheap frames."
Protect the print:
Typically all prints are packaged with a thin cardboard backing. Use that same cardboard when framing. This will provide extra protection between the artwork and the wood frame (which sometimes has metal parts that rust, and that rust transfers to the print, or mold, among other things).
For the mini prints:
You can use 4x6 or 5x7 inch frames, if you use 4x6 inches I recommend cutting 1-2 millimeters from the print.
For 8x10 prints:
Arts in this size are perfect for this type of frames :)
For A5 prints:
Prints this size work well with frames measuring 5x7 and up.
Prints letter and 1/2 letter:
To frame this type of prints, we recommend frames measuring 8x10 inches or larger (a letter measures 8.5x11 inches).
I already have a frame and I want a print for that frame.
I'd be happy to help, these would be the steps to follow:
- Choose the desired image/print
- Check the print measurements before writing to me
- If you can't find the print size that matches the frame, write through the contact page placing the print link and the frame size
