The website and different social networks are managed by me, the artist. I am in charge of taking orders, preparing and shipping packages, taking photos, editing images, etc. Additionally, I also require time to create my art, when making the purchase through my website the package will be sent after 7-15 days after making it, you will receive an email from the website with the tracking information.

Can I go pick up my package or send an Uber?
My store is virtual, I do not have a physical space where you can pick up your package, there are no other delivery methods either, however there are some points in CR that sell my products, you can check the "points of sale" section.
I need my package for tomorrow or the day after, can it be solved?

Can I stick the stickers on the bottle?
All stickers are resistant to touch, light and water. Therefore they can be stuck on bottles, helmets, cars, computers, etc.
If I send you an image, can you make stickers?
No, I am not a supplier :)
Are a postcard and a mini print the same thing?
No, the postcard is printed on cardboard, which allows you to write on it, the mini print is printed on photo paper. Cardboard will deteriorate within 2-3 years, while photo paper can take up to 20 years to start to deteriorate.
The only thing similar is that they are the same size.

Can I take any of your images and modify them?
No.
Can I take any of your images and use it to get a tattoo with someone else?
NO! When purchasing one of my products through the website, social networks or any other means (be it an original art, print or any article) you are purchasing the product, not the image right. Partial or total reproduction for any type of purpose is prohibited without the consent of the artist. If the images are used without consent, legal action will be taken. LAW Nº 6683 Copyright and Related Rights Law.
Can I buy a sticker or print and make copies or generate another product?
No, that's stealing.
Tracking / Tracking number
How long does the package take to arrive?
Once your package is deposited at the Post Office, delivery is estimated to take 1-5 days depending on the destination area. From this moment on, the package is your responsibility. The Post Office makes 3 visits to your address. If the package is not received during these visits, you must pick it up at the branch of origin with your ID and tracking number, or coordinate and pay for the shipping again. Very rarely, the barcode is not processed, which prevents the package from being tracked. This is all beyond my control. However, I will do what I can to help you.
Due to the nature of the products, it is important to take into account:
• Original artwork is not replaceable or refundable.
• Limited edition products may be replaceable or refundable depending on stock.
• Products can be refunded or replaced depending on available stock.
• Framed or large-format works are not sent.
If you receive your package in poor condition, you must take photos and send them to me by email (you must not open the package at any time)
To return or replace a product you must send it by mail, paying the corresponding amount.
I am not liable if the information provided for shipping is incorrect. It is the buyer's duty to provide the correct information (full name, phone number, email, exact address, postal code).
Why does the email guide give me an error?
You will receive an email with your package's tracking number the day before shipping your package. It is normal that you get an error when entering your guide on the email page immediately upon receiving the email. Please try again 24 hours later.
I haven't received my tracking number and I made the purchase a few days ago, any news?
The product is usually shipped 1-2 weeks after the purchase is made. If you purchased a pre-order product, the product indicates the date from which shipments are made. If that time has passed, check your email (including the spam folder).
I think my package is lost, what do I do?
Once the package is deposited at the post office, it is not my responsibility. Remember that if you do not collect your package on time it will be destroyed by the Post Office. If you do not pick up or receive your package at the address provided and it returns to me and you want me to send it again, you must cancel the shipping amount again.
I didn't set the address correctly, is there a problem?
It is essential that you include the correct information to deliver your package. If any information is incorrect, I am not responsible. If you do not know the canton/district/postal code, you can check it on the post office website before making the purchase.
If you wish to change your address, please reply to the order number email that arrived in your inbox.

Buy cheap frames from Chinese or similar stores
The sizes I work with do not always match the generic framing sizes, so if you want to use these I recommend searching carefully or, failing that, cutting the print a little (many art prints are designed so that you can do this).
These frames are usually made of cheap materials that will damage the work over time. The glass is not UV-resistant and the "open" spaces can bring mold, moisture or dust. However, it is an economical solution that can be used.
Prints half letter and letter:
These come with a cardboard support, use that same support when placing the frame, this will give extra protection between the work and the wood of the frame (this sometimes has metal pieces that rust and that oxidation is transferred to the print).
Mini print:
You can use 4x6 or 5x7 inch frames, if you use 4x6 I recommend cutting 1-2 millimeters off the print. As I said before, these frames are cheap and sometimes the measurements can have a slight margin of error.
