The skull is from a jaguar, surrounded by a spotted racer snake, the mushrooms are real species; one of them is a mycena, known as "Green Pepe", which is bioluminescent. The other mushroom is a Chantarelle . All species are found in Costa Rica.
Care: Wash in cold water, no bleach, wash with print facing inside out. "The glow" is charged by light, so allow the shirt to absorb a few rays of light before you see the mushrooms glow.
