Inspired by bioluminescent mushrooms (the pileus glows in the dark).
To shine:
First, it must be "charged"; to do this, we can shine a bright light (such as a spotlight) on it for a few seconds (or a couple of minutes).
Once loaded we look for a dark place.
The glow will last for a few seconds to minutes, depending on the amount of time we let it charge, the intensity of the light, and the level of darkness.
