Instructions on the back of the sheet, it is applied easily and in seconds. It is recommended to remove with baby oil or alcohol. The duration can vary between hours and days, depending on how you take care of it and the area where you place it. (If you want to keep it for several days, I recommend showering at least 20 hours after application and preferably, every time you wash that part of the body, do it with cold water)
